Payment methods available for your purchase will appear directly at checkout.

Secure Checkout
Kestrose uses Shopify as its e-commerce platform and works with participating third-party payment providers to facilitate checkout and transaction processing.

If a transaction fails or an order is cancelled, the time required for the temporary authorization to disappear will depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Kestrose cannot control when an independent financial institution releases an authorization hold.
Unsuccessful Payments

Duplicate or Unrecognized Charges
If the same order appears to have been charged more than once, first check whether one of the transactions is marked pending, temporary, or authorization.
